The Company Leader fully acknowledges its obligation to provide a safe workplace environment for employees and always apply all possible solutions to eliminate or minimize harmful and hazardous factors at the workplace.

Nghe An Sugar Limited Liability Company always complies with all legal requirements and will further work to improve its labour hygiene and safety performance, and explosion & fire prevention by developing, implementing and reviewing safety policies on the basis of using the 5 Star Health & Safety Management System of Australia National Safety Council and other international standards.

Employees, contractor workers and visitors must follow all safety policies, procedures, work instructions and general site rules. Labour hygiene and safety training will be provided as legal regulations to ensure they understand all company requirements.

Any employees or contract workers are not allowed to perform work that they consider to be unsafe. Managers and supervisors always work with employees to ensure that work tasks are safe prior to commencement.

Employees are encouraged to actively participate in and contribute to the Safety Program, and the Safety Committee will constantly update the employees on safety issues.
