Nghe An Sugar Cane Ltd Company was formerly Nghe An Tate & Lyle Joint Venture set up by British investors in 1996 with capital of $90.000.000 USD. Production capacity is 9000t of cane per day.

 Cane area of NASU covers  07 districts and 01 commune of the North Western part of Nghe An Province, including  Quy hop, Nghia Dan, Quynh Luu, Quy Chau, Que Phong disctricts, and Thai Hoa commune. The original planned cane growing area was 18.500 ha and applying modern technology of growing cane.

 The company has a lot of programs supporting cane growers like: loans without interest for for purchasing seed cane and fertilisers. In season 2012/13, NASU invested over VND 145 billion for cane area development, of which non-refundable  support for growers was VND 11.4 billion dong.

NASU’s factory applies modern and highly automated technology suitably designed for Vietnam’s conditions. Our products meet or exceeds quality’s standard in the region and in Asia. The company is certified with quality management system ISO 9001:2015 and 22000:2005 in place.

Annually, NASU produces roughly 100,000 ton of sugar meeting Vietnamese and international standards. NASU’s product is highly desired by leading Food and Beverage Companies in Vietnam like Pepsi, URC, TH, Dutch Lady, Kinh Ðo and Royal Food.
